How long does it take to complete an order?

It takes about 7-12 days depending on the volume of work at the time and the
type of order made.
We will usually let you know within 24-48 hrs how long we expect to do the job for.
If we are absolutely swamped with work, then you will see a red blinking notice on the order / Home page.

What if I don’t like the work you’ve done?

That is very unlikely because We will work with you every step of the way to create a design that
you will be happy with. If you are still not happy, We will revise the designs to suit your taste.We will only complete the design when you give us the final go ahead.
We do realise that we are not mindreaders and may still not get the design that you like. This scenario is very unusual
but after 3 major revisions and you still don’t like what we’re doing, we will happily refund your money back.

How do I order ?

Its easy as A -B – C. Just go to the  order page,

A, choose the package you want,
B, complete payment by paypal,
C, then fill out some details about what type of web graphics you want

That’s all !

Do you offer refunds on orders?

Because the nature of our work is time and labour intensive, we’re unable to offer refunds on completed and
delivered works. We may also charge you extra if you come back to us after we’ve delivered your work to ask for
more adjustments.

Do you offer discounts on bulk ordering ?

Yes we do offer discounts on large  orders.

What if I need my Design by a specific date?

We will let you know if it will be ready when you drop us a note and ask. We also charge extra for rush jobs e.g if you
want it within 24 hours or so.

Can You Send me the.psd files of my design?

Due to licencing and image copyright issues of the source images used, we regret that we cannot send you the original .psd files of your design. If we use images in the public domain, then we can release the .psd files for a minimal fee.

Can You set up my website, shopping Cart and so on ?

Our specialty is graphic design. We do not upload webpages, set up shopping carts or do any advanced programming on your website… However, we will have everything ready for your programmer to complete.

I live near the north pole, do you accept orders outside the United Kingdom ?

Of course we do. Because of the nature of the products, designs can either be emailed in a zipped file, or downloaded via a specific web page. If you want delivery by CD, contact us and we’ll work something out.

We also accept payment by Paypal which has secure global network of more than 55 countries and regions, that buy and sell in multiple currencies worldwide.
